1. Agreement

By using this website and purchasing from ResellDude, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Products

All products sold on the Site are digital vendor / supplier contact lists delivered to your email after payment. Products are licensed for personal use by the purchaser only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Authorize.net. By placing an order you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

4. License

Upon purchase you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the vendor contacts for your own reselling business. Redistribution, republishing, or resale of the lists themselves is prohibited.

5. Age

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

We use verified vendor sources and check contacts routinely, however we make no guarantee of specific business results. Contact accuracy may change over time; if you find a broken contact, email us and we will update the list.

7. Limitation of Liability

ResellDude's total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
